If your pet care provider offers online booking, you can request appointments through PetPocketbook on your desktop, from petpocketbook.com on your mobile device, or directly in the PetPocketbook app.
On a desktop or from petpocketbook.com on your mobile device, you will want to head to your Appointments tab, tap the request an appointment button or the big coral + button at the top right corner.
You’ll see the services that your provider offers along with their prices. Just choose your service, select your date(s) and time(s), and confirm.
Currently, you can request one service type at a time, so this means if you are requesting dog walks and drop ins, you will need to request your dog walks and then make a separate request for drop ins.
Your request will be sent to your pet care provider, and you’ll get a notification when it's been confirmed or declined.
*Please note that if you are using multiple pet care providers on PetPocketbook, you'll be prompted to choose a provider from which you'd like to request services.
