Your pet's profile includes a notes section that is specific to each pet care company that you're working with. These notes are prominently displayed to the pet care professional completing your appointments, so it's a great place for routine instructions that apply for services with this company, but perhaps no one else.
For example, I might ask one company to feed my pup after every visit because they always see him during dinner time, but not another provider who only does midday hikes. This is also a great place to put information for a dog walker or pet sitter who may need access to your home, but no one else.
Tip: If you have home access information, like alarm codes, that are specific to each care provider, we'd highly encourage you to keep that information in the notes section for each provider so it is not mistakenly shared with other providers!
