Yes! You can do so by adding a special note onto the appointment while you are requesting an appointment, while the appointment is awaiting approval by your pet care provider, or after the appointment request has already been approved.
To add a special note while you are requesting an appointment, you can add special instructions in the add any special instructions here field pictured below:
To add a special note while your appointment request is awaiting approval, you can head to the Appointments tab in the blue main navigation menu, and tap on requests.
Once you've located the pending appointment request that you would like to add a special note to, hover over the appointment and tap add note.
You can also go back to any notes you've added to any upcoming or pending appointment and edit the note if needed.
To add a special note after their appointment has been approved, you can follow the exact same steps but navigate to their appointments tab from the main Appointments section.
If you are on a repeating schedule, you will still be able to add special notes to any of those upcoming appointments that your pet care provider added on your behalf.
