Yes! They can do so by adding a special note onto the appointment while they are requesting an appointment, while the appointment is awaiting approval, or after the appointment request has already been approved.
To add a special note while they are requesting an appointment, they can add special instructions in the field pictured below:
To add a special note while their appointment request is awaiting approval, pet parents can head to the Appointments tab in the blue main navigation menu, and tap on requests. Once they locate the pending appointment request that they would like to add a special note to, hover over the appointment and tap add note.
Pet parents can also go back to any notes they've added and edit the note if needed.
To add a special note after their appointment has been approved, pet parents can follow the exact same steps but navigate to their appointments tab from the main Appoinments section.
If you have a pet parent on a repeating schedule, they will still be able to add special notes to any of those upcoming appointments that you added on their behalf.
