When you're out of town, the last thing you want is a call from your pet care provider letting you know that they can't get into your house!
To add access instructions to share with your pet care provider, head to your Family Profile in the blue main navigation menu on a desktop or petpocketbook.com on your phone and tap edit. Then, you'll want to tap on the address line.
This will open the Edit address menu where you can add access instructions to share with your pet care provider.
Make sure to tap the red save button to commit the changes.
In the PetPocketbook app, you'll want to head to the my family section and tap the red pencil icon in the top right hand corner of the app.
This will open up the edit me page. In the contact info section, you'll need to scroll down to the address section to add access instructions.
Make sure to tap the red update button to commit the changes.
