Assuming you have the required account access, you can add and edit information in each of your clients' profiles in PetPocketbook.
On a desktop, locate the client’s family profile by going to Clients and tap the “edit” button.
You'll then be able to update information for both pet parents and pets within the family profile by tapping on their individual profiles within their family wheel! 🍻
To edit the pet's profile, tap on the pet's image on the family wheel.
Make sure to tap the red "save" button to commit any changes to the pet's profile.
On the mobile website version (petpocketbook.com on your phone), tap the top left hamburger menu, and choose Clients. Once you've located the client profile, tap on the three dots in the top right-hand corner to edit the profile.
On the PetPocketbook mobile app, tap the home button, scroll to the clients list, and tap to search for the client. Once you've located the client profile, tap on the three dots in the top right-hand corner to edit the profile.
