Once you’ve logged into the Pet Parent Portal, you can view your invoices by going to your "Invoices" tab.
On desktop, you'll find this in the blue navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
On mobile, you'll find this tab option by following the burger menu (three stacked horizontal lines) at the top left corner of your screen
You'll see your invoice history when you land on your Invoices tab on mobile or to the right side of your screen on desktop. You can then tap on any past bill to view the details of that particular invoice.
If you are using multiple pet care providers on PetPocketbook, you will see a tab at the top of your Invoices tab for each provider. Tapping on each provider tab will show you your billing history with and/or make a payment to that company (if they accept online payments through PetPocketbook).
Whether you have received an invoice for completed appointments or are prepaying for packages of services, it is easy to make a payment through your Pet Parent Portal. If you've recently received an invoice email from one of your pet care providers via PetPocketbook, you'll find a "pay now" button at the top of that invoice email, which will take you directly to your payment screen. If you don't have that email handy or would like to make a prepayment, you can follow the below steps to get there all the same! ✨
Step 1
Go to https://www.petpocketbook.com on your computer or mobile device, and login to your Pet Parent Portal account by clicking on the login button at the top right of your screen.
On a mobile device, tap on the three lines at the top right of your screen to open the menu. Then tap on the Login button.
Step 2
Once you are logged in, go to your Invoices tab and tap the "Make a payment" button. If you’re on a mobile device you can open the navigation by tapping on the three bars at the top left of the screen. If you are on a computer, click on the piggy bank in the blue bar on the left side of your screen.
Step 3
Once you've tapped "Make a payment," a payment screen appears. Your full outstanding balance (if you have one) will automatically be pre-filled, but you can tap into this amount to change what you'd like to pay. If you don't have a balance and are prepaying for services, enter the amount that you've been told by your pet care provider to pay. You can also add a tip to your payment to thank your pet care professional for all of their hard work 🐶
Step 4
Once you hit the “Pay” button, your transaction will be complete, and you'll see your payment appear in your Invoices tab. Your balance will also update to reflect your payment.
If you are prepaying for services, your account will show a credit balance until a new bill is issued after those services have been completed. Any new bills will then eat into your credit balance first until it's been all used up!
