Once your pet parent has accepted their invite to PetPocketbook and successfully set up their password for the first time, they now have access to add pets and make edits to their family profiles, e-sign your documents, request appointments, view the invoices you send them, manage their payment details, and message you directly.
If you'd like to experience what it's like to be your own client, you can add yourself as a client!
Just make sure to use the same email address you use to log in to PetPocketbook today when prompted to add an email address.
Go to Clients > tap the coral plus sign at the top right-hand corner of the screen on a desktop computer or PetPocketbook.com on your mobile device.
When you search the client database for your email address, your owner profile should appear.
Tap Add to add yourself to your client list.
You'll now see a new button in the blue main navigation menu called Switch account that lets you choose to experience PetPocketbook as an owner or a pet parent without logging out and in with different profiles.
When you choose the pet parent option, this is a great opportunity to make sure all of your services, arrival windows & automated policies and fees are set up the way you want them to be!
