How do I update or edit the information that is displayed on all of my invoices?

This article should detail how business owners customize the way invoices are displayed when their clients receive them

At the end of every billing period, your pet parents will receive their invoice via email at the set frequency you choose - daily, weekly, every other week, on the 1st and 15th, or monthly!

To ensure that your pet parents have all the necessary details they need to pay you, you might want to add a custom note! This custom note will appear at the bottom of every invoice that your pet parent receives.

You'll want to head to the Settings tab on our main navigation menu and choose the Client Billing section. You might recall setting up online payments here, but if you scroll to the bottom of this page, you'll see an option to add a custom note.

For some inspiration, you might want to thank your pet parents for the opportunity to care for their pets, detail add any alternative payment methods that you accept (such as cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal), or add a link your pet parents can tap to leave you a wonderful review.

To update the contact details at the bottom of every one of your invoices, you'll want to head to the Company Profile section of the Settings tab. PetPocketbook will automatically pull in your Company Name, Website, Email, and Phone Number to be displayed.
