During off-hours, please give us a little more time to get back to you β like you, our team appreciates the time off to hang with our pets too πβ but we still aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
How do I reach support?
We make support available directly in our product so that it's easy to reach us whenever you need help! π€

Just tap on the get help button at the bottom of the blue menu bar on the left side of your screen when you're logged in PetPocketbook.

This is accessible from your desktop, on petpocketbook.com on your mobile device, and also directly in the PetPocketbook app!

Once you've opened our support widget, you can start chatting with Fen AI right away.

If you'd like to browse the collection of PetPocketbook knowledge articles, tap the < next to Fen. Alternatively, you can visit help.petpocketbook.com directly.
You should see three menu options: Home, Messages, and Help.
If you tap Messages, you can see the history of all messages you've exchanged with Fen AI. If you tap Help, you can check out our collection of PetPocketbook knowledge articles.
