How do I see my upcoming appointments?
There are two primary views of your schedule in PetPocketbook, list view and calendar view.
List view
When you launch PetPocketbook (assuming you're already logged in), you'll see all of today’s appointments in a list view in the order that they should occur. To see future dates, just choose another day on the calendar. If you have permissions to view and edit schedules across the entire team, you'll also be able to toggle between different people's schedules on the team at the top of your Schedule tab.
💡Multiple pets can be booked into the same time, which is an easy way to help you and your team visualize packs. You can set up your packs (including drag-and-drop to reposition the order that pups appear within a pack) to help determine the order that you and your team pick up each pack.
Calendar view
On a computer or tablet, you can also switch to a calendar view to see an entire week's appointments at once for any staff member on the team. Notice the all-day row at the top of your schedule. Any all-day services (like boarding 💤) that you book will appear separately from the rest of your time-based appointments at the top of your schedule.
When you toggle to show all staff (assuming you have the permissions necessary for this view), you can see the schedule for the entire team one day at a time, with each column being a member of your team. You can then drag-and-drop to shuffle around the schedule on the screen as you please!
Can I see my upcoming appointments on my phone?
Of course! We realize that you're almost never in front of a computer, so it's important for you to be able to access everything on your phone. While there really isn't enough screen real estate to show you the calendar view that's available on a larger computer or tablet screen, you'll be able to see your and your team's schedule in list view, along with making any scheduling changes available in this list view. To navigate to a future date, swipe over the week at the top of your schedule to go from one week to the next. You can also tap on the month and year to jump further ahead (or back) to a date months away.
