How do I approve or decline an appointment request?
When a pet parent submits an appointment request through PetPocketbook, you'll receive an email notification for the request and see the request in the Pending Requests section of your calendar. You'll find the Pending Requests section in the panel to the right of the screen in your Schedule tab.
To accept a request, you can drag and drop the request from the Pending Requests section onto your calendar on a computer or tablet. If you'd like to change the requested service, you can tap the request itself to make changes to the request before approving it.
If you need to decline the request, you can tap the pending request and choose "decline." In this case, you can also add a custom message that will be sent to your client letting them know why you couldn't accommodate their request.
Can I review pending requests on my phone?
Absolutely! 🎉 On your phone, you'll find the Pending Requests section at the top of your Schedule tab where you would typically go to switch your schedule view.
