Where can I find and manage appointment requests on mobile?
Worried about missing appointment requests on the go? We’ve got your back! When using PetPocketbook on your mobile device, you’ll see a gold banner towards the top of your schedule alerting you of any pending appointment requests that require attention. Tapping on this banner takes you to your pending requests on our requests page. Simply tap on a request to open it, and you'll be able to edit, decline, or approve the request from there! 🤓
Don’t have any outstanding requests but you’d like to check out recently approved, declined, or expired requests? You can also navigate to our requests page by tapping on the dropdown filter (typically set to your name or “All Staff” depending on whose schedule you might be on) at the top of your Schedule tab. When the dropdown opens, scroll up to find and select Requests. Once on the requests page, you will be viewing all pending requests by default, but you can then tap on the approved, declined, or expired tabs at the top of the page to see requests that you or your team have already addressed.
