How do I change which notifications my clients receive from PetPocketbook?

In each client’s profile, you’ll be able to edit and update their email notifications for things like appointment reminders, check-ins and check-outs, and group announcements!


To view and make changes to a client’s notification settings, locate the client from your client list and tap “edit”.



Under the edit profile page for the human, tap “notifications” to view a list of all available notifications.


Below are the default notification settings for pet parents. Of course, pet parents will have the option to change their own notification settings from their own PetPocketbook portal as well!

⚠️ Please note that email notifications for scheduling changes and unread messages cannot be disabled, since these are important transactional emails!
