Can I send a mass email to all of my clients through PetPocketbook?

Yes! 🙌

You can easily send a message to all of your clients through our in-app messenger! Your clients will receive your full message via email if they haven't already read it in PetPocketbook 15 minutes after your message has been sent. 

⚠️You'll need to have Senior Staff or above access level to do this! 

Here’s how:

Go to your Messages tab in your main navigation, and tap the new message icon at the top right corner of your screen.

Then, select All client families under Group Announcements at the top right corner of your screen.

Just type your message and/or attach a photo at the bottom of your screen, and send your message!

When you send a message via our group announcements feature, it'll be added to each individual family’s conversation thread, where your clients can then respond directly to you! You’ll also see your sent messages in the Group Announcements thread pinned to the top of your Messages inbox, where we help you see a history of all group announcements that have been sent to your clients whether to all clients or a select group.
