What are service fees?
A 5% fee will automatically be added when you pay for your pet care services online via PetPocketbook.
This fee allows PetPocketbook to cover not only the processing costs but also any fees associated with refunds and/or disputes that may come up over time. It also helps us keep subscription costs low for the small businesses relying on our platform to run their operations. How do I see these fees?
To see a record of the service fee, go to your
Invoices tab in your pet parent portal. For each payment, you will see a summary of tips and fees just below the amount paid for services. You can see more details by clicking on the information icon next to tips and fees.
