PetPocketbook offers two subscription options for pet care businesses: a monthly plan for $25 per month, billed on the first of the month, or an annual plan for $285 per year.
To view which subscription plan you are on, head to your Settings and choose the Plan and Billing section.
Monthly Plan
The PetPocketbook monthly plan costs $25 per month.
With the monthly plan:
You pay $25 each month.
Your subscription is billed monthly on the first of the month
Your first subscription fee may be pro-rated depending on when your free trial ended
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time
This option is a good fit if you prefer the flexibility of month-to-month billing
Annual Plan
The PetPocketbook annual plan costs $285 per year, prepaid annually.
With the annual plan:
You pay $285 upfront for one year of PetPocketbook.
The annual plan provides a 5% savings compared with paying $25 per month for 12 months.
Your payment covers the full year of your subscription
Switch to annual anytime
The first subscription payment may be pro-rated depending on when during the month you switched to annual
You can cancel your plan at any time, but any portion of the annual fee is non-refundable
Important: Annual subscription payments are nonrefundable. If you cancel your PetPocketbook subscription before the end of your prepaid year, you will not receive a full or partial refund for the remaining time on your annual subscription.
