Draft invoices cannot be manually deleted in PetPocketbook. However, if you see an empty draft invoice for $0, there’s no need to worry—it will not be sent to the pet parent even if it says it's scheduled to be sent on a specific date in the future.
What happens to an empty $0 draft invoice?
If a draft invoice:
Has no services
Has no adjustments
Has a $0 balance
Below is an example of an empty $0 draft invoice:
PetPocketbook will recognize that there is nothing to bill and the invoice will not be sent to the pet parent.
Instead, the empty draft invoice will automatically self-destruct and disappear when PetPocketbook processes your invoices.
