If PetPocketbook isn't loading correctly, appears to be down, or parts of the website aren't displaying as expected, your browser may be loading an older, cached version of the website.
Browser cache issues can occasionally occur after website updates or other changes, or when your browser continues loading an older version of the site. Clearing your browser cache forces your browser to download the latest version of PetPocketbook.
Step 1: Check if it's a cache issue
The quickest way to determine whether your browser cache is causing the problem is to open PetPocketbook in an Incognito (Chrome/Edge) or Private Browsing (Safari/Firefox) window.
If PetPocketbook works normally in an Incognito or Private Browsing window, the issue is almost certainly your browser cache.
You'll simply need to clear your browser cache using the steps below.
If PetPocketbook still doesn't load in an Incognito or Private Browsing window, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you access PetPocketbook from a saved shortcut on your phone's Home Screen
If you've saved the PetPocketbook website to your phone's Home Screen, your device may continue loading an older cached version of the site after a website update.
To determine if this is the issue:
in an Incognito (Chrome/Edge) or Private Browsing (Safari/Firefox) window instead of tapping the Home Screen shortcut.
Go to www.petpocketbook.com.
If PetPocketbook loads correctly there, the Home Screen shortcut is likely using cached data.
If the Home Screen shortcut is the issue, delete the existing PetPocketbook shortcut from your Home Screen and re-add it (here's how). Then you should be all set!
