When you make a change to pricing for an existing services in your Services & Pricing menu, you will be prompted to choose a date to make this price effective.
If you choose the current date, the new prices will go into effect at the start of the next automated billing cycle.
You can choose to backdate the effective date to the last day of the current billing cycle or the first day of the current billing cycle to make the price effective immediately!
Please note, billing cycles can vary by client and price changes may or may not go into effect based on specific client billing cycles. For example, if you have a family that is billed on an automated monthly basis, the new price won't go into effect until the start of the next month's bill.
