How do I waive a cancellation fee?

When pet parents cancel their appointments within your cancellation policy, there are times that you may not want to charge them a cancellation fee.

When you cancel the appointment on behalf of your client, you will be prompted to choose whether you'd like to waive the fee or add the fee to the draft bill, or even change the fee amount you'd like to charge to your client.

To waive the fee, tap waive fee to cancel the appointment without charging your client your the cancellation fee.

When pet parents cancel their own appointments within your cancellation policy, they are notified that they'll incur fees if they proceed to cancel their appointment.

If you'd like to waive their cancellation fee, you can head to their draft invoice and remove it from the bill.
