Your clients can see and edit everything in their family profile, except for the "Internal Notes" field in each pet's profile. We totally get that sometimes you may need to share information with your team that you don’t want your clients to see. To do that, begin editing a pet profile and tap or scroll to the “Notes” section.
Additionally, Internal Notes are not visible to other providers that may be connected to your pet parent, ensuring a broader scope of privacy.
Internal Notes persist separately for each provider, meaning that the notes you add are unique to your account and not shared with other providers.
Best Practice: Use the Internal Notes section to store confidential information securely, ensuring it remains private and accessible only to your team.
Whatever information you type into the “Internal Notes” field will be available to you and your staff but will not be visible to your clients. For example, you can use this section to store provider- specific access codes, private observations, or other sensitive details that need to remain confidential.
