Yes! We recently launched the mobile app for iOS and Android for staff & pet parents! 🤓
We’re constantly making improvements and adding functionality, but there are a few differences to note about the functionality of the PetPocketbook app vs. our mobile-optimized web app (which you can also save onto your mobile home screen to access like any other app).
The PetPocketbook app has everything that an employee with basic “staff” access might need in the field – but with improved image handling, native push notifications, and better support for accessing information in areas of poor connectivity! 🙌
In case you need a refresher, that means with the PetPocketbook app you can:
view your schedule
check in & out of visits
view client profiles (& edit them if you have senior staff and above access)
message clients on your schedule
view and edit invoices
view and add payments
check your payroll summary
view the activity log under the notifications tab
update your personal profile and password
📍 In addition, the PetPocketbook app supports sending report cards with full GPS route tracking!
