Your employer actually creates your staff account on their end when they add you as a team member in their PetPocketbook business portal!
Once you’ve been added as a staff member, you’ll receive a welcome email that includes an activation link to access your account, set up your profile, and instructions to add PetPocketbook to your mobile device.
If your account activation link expired, you can follow the prompts on screen to get a new activation link sent to you.
Previously set up your account, but forgot your password? Here are instructions for resetting it. Please note that you'll only get an email to reset your password, if you've entered an email address that is actually associated with an account in PetPocketbook.
If you've already been using PetPocketbook with another employer or even as a pet parent, you'll still get a welcome email, but there's no activation link because you already have an account with us. In your welcome email, you'll simply be prompted to confirm your new employer! We think it's pretty cool to not have to re-complete the same information over and over again for every company you work for -- we hope you agree! 😎
Ask your employer if they are participating in the beta program for our mobile app. If so, we’d be happy to send you an invite! To request an invite, send us an email at [email protected] and let us know if you have an iPhone or Android. If you’re on an Android, please share the email address associated with your Google Play account!
💡 If you haven't received an email from us with your activation link, your best bet is to reach out to your employer to ask them to either add you to their staff list (if they haven't already) or to re-send your welcome email. Be sure to add [email protected] to your email contacts list to help prevent important PetPocketbook work notifications from getting filtered into your spam!
