How do I manage email notifications in PetPocketbook?

Want fewer updates—or maybe a few more? You’re in control.

PetPocketbook lets you customize which emails you receive from your pet care provider. Whether you want to know every detail or just the big stuff, you can adjust your settings anytime in your client portal.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your PetPocketbook client portal.

  2. Click on the "Email Settings" tab in the menu.

  1. Choose what you’d like to receive. You can opt in or out of different types of emails, like visit updates, appointment reminders, report cards, and messages.

  2. Your changes save automatically. No need to click anything else—just toggle and go!

In the future, we'll be adding more options to customize push notifications for our mobile app. In the meantime, the above notifications are for both email and push notifications.

💡 Tip: If you’re not seeing emails you want, double-check your spam folder and make sure the correct email is on file with your provider.

⚠️ Please note that email notifications for scheduling changes and unread messages cannot be disabled, since these are important transactional emails!
