You can edit your pet's profile and add your pet's vaccinations & vaccination expiration dates, but we do not currently support uploading the actual vaccination records directly to your pet's profile (yet!).
In the meantime, we recommend navigating to your Messages tab, where you can message your pet care provider directly and attach the vaccination record.
To add an attachment to your message, tap on the red "+" and browse on your device to find your document.
If you are using the PetPocketbook app, you would navigate to the Inbox button. On the mobile app, you will only be able to add a photo, so we recommend taking a picture of your vaccination record with your phone so you can upload the photo of the document.
