If you are checking in and out of appointments in PetPocketbook, you can set up reminders for when you’re running behind in the accountability tab of your category settings. ⏰ When triggered, email notifications is sent to the email address in your company profile. If you’re using our mobile beta app, push notifications would also be sent to anyone with administrator or owner-level access in addition to the assigned staff on the appointment.
Late arrivals
Get an alert if you or your team haven’t started a visit within a certain window of the scheduled appointment time. When enabled, this window is set to 15 minutes by default, but you can customize this in 15-minute increments.

Late check out
Get an alert if you or your team haven't checked out of a visit within a certain time after the appointment should have ended. When enabled, this window is set to 15 minutes by default, but you can customize this in 15-minute increments.
