PetPocketbook supports credit/debit card payments as well as ACH bank transfers (US-only), but it's up to your pet care provider what payment methods they accept. They can choose to accept cards only or both and let you choose. If your care provider accepts payments outside of our platform (whether that's Venmo, cash, check, or something else), your pet care provider will then be responsible for entering your payment manually into PetPocketbook to update your balance. So if you believe you got a bill in error, please contact your pet care provider, they may need to log your payment!
