Where do I see my canceled appointments?
If a pet parent cancels an upcoming appointment through PetPocketbook, you will get an email notification to the email address in your company profile. If the appointment is being canceled on the same day as the appointment itself, the staff member assigned to the appointment will also get an email notification about the cancellation.
Once an appointment is canceled, it'll automatically move off of your schedule and onto a separate Cancellations schedule. From here, you can tap into a canceled appointment to see the details of that appointment along with the time stamp of when the appointment was marked as canceled and a reason for cancellation (if one was submitted). You can archive to remove the record of this cancellation or restore the appointment, if your client changed their mind.
We also keep track of each client family's cancellation record, which you can find in the "Cancellations" tab on the "Appointments" page of their client profile.
