How will I know when I have a new bill?

You'll receive an email notification with your bill breakdown whenever you have a new bill. If your pet care provider accepts online payments through PetPocketbook, you'll see a "pay now" button on your invoice email that you can follow to complete your payment in your Pet Parent Portal. If your pet care provider accepts other payment methods outside of PetPocketbook, you'll find those options at the bottom of your invoice email.

Note: If you’ve enabled AutoPay, you'll get an itemized receipt email instead of a bill.
