How do I see my pet’s appointment report cards?

If your pet care professional completed a report card in PetPocketbook, you'll receive an email notification letting you know that the appointment has been completed along with a summary of the visit. Follow the "View photos & more" link in your email notification to see any photos that your pet care professional may have included on the report card in your pet parent portal. If there are specific photos that you love, you can tap to download them from your pet parent portal too! 🐶

You can also view any completed report cards by going directly to the "Appointments" tab in your pet parent portal. Make sure to tap on “show older appointments" at the top of the page to view past appointments.

  • On desktop, hover over the completed appointment and click on “see report card”.
  • On a mobile device, swipe right to left over any completed appointment and tap on the "report card" button.

But I don't see the "see report card" button on my completed appointment...

PetPocketbook does not require pet care professionals to complete a report card upon completing each appointment. Instead, you may or may not be receiving report cards after every appointment, depending on your own pet care provider's company policy. If you are not seeing the "see report card" button corresponding to a completed appointment, that means that your pet care professional didn't complete a report card for that appointment 😞

At this time, report cards are also only available through PetPocketbook for dog walking and hiking services. Depending on your care provider, you may be receiving a report card via text or email outside of PetPocketbook upon completion of any sitting, boarding, training, and/or grooming appointments. We are working hard to make this available for all categories of pet services, so stay tuned!
