How do I request a new appointment?

If your pet care provider offers online booking, you can request new appointments through PetPocketbook. 

From your Appointments tab, tap the “request an appointment” button or the big coral "+" button at the top right corner. 

If you're using multiple pet care companies on PetPocketbook, you'll be prompted to choose which provider you'd like to book . Once you've made your selection, you’ll see the services that your provider offers along with their prices. Just choose your service, select your date(s) and time(s), and confirm. Your request will be sent to your pet care provider, and you’ll get a notification when it's been confirmed or declined.
