Is there a mobile app?

We are currently working on our mobile app for iOS and Android and have released a beta version for you to test in the field! 🤓

If you haven’t participated in a beta program before, it means that the app is fully functional BUT not all the kinks have been worked out just yet! We’re constantly making improvements and adding functionality, but there are a few differences to note about functionality of the beta app vs. our mobile-optimized web app (which you can also save onto your mobile home screen to access like any other app).

The beta app has everything that an employee with basic “staff” access might need in the field – but with improved image handling, native push notifications, and better support for accessing information in areas of poor connectivity! 🙌

In case you need a refresher, that means with the beta app you can:

  • view your schedule
  • check in & out of visits
  • view client profiles (& edit them if you have senior staff and above access) 
  • message clients on your schedule
  • view and edit invoices
  • view and add payments
  • check your payroll summary
  • view the activity log under the notifications tab
  • update your personal profile and password

How do I participate in the beta?

If you aren’t part of the beta app program yet and would like to participate, just let us know! To request your exclusive invite, send an email to support@petpocketbook.com with your name, email associated with your PetPocketbook account, and device type (iPhone or Android). If you’re an Android user, please also include the email address associated with your Google Play account.
