How do I see appointment and pet details on my phone?

When you log into PetPocketbook on your mobile device, you will see your calendar for the current day in the time order for each appointment. To see the details of any appointment, simply tap on the pet’s photo or icon in your calendar. 

On the next screen, you will see basic information about the pet, the appointment pick-up window, location, and any access instructions or notes for this family. 

For more details or to contact the pet parent, you can also click on the pet again and you will be taken to the family profile. 

If you tap on the human in the family profile, you can see additional details, send them a message through PetPocketbook, and call, text, or email the person.
