In PetPocketbook, the primary contact cannot be removed directly from a family profile. However, you can promote an existing secondary contact to primary if you need to change who manages the family's account.
If you have two human contacts on a family profile, you can promote the secondary contact to be the primary contact. This will change the original primary contact to become a secondary contact that can be removed from the family profile.
If you have only one human contact on a family profile, and someone else would like to take over the account, you can add them as a secondary contact and then promote them to primary. This will allow you to remove the original primary contact from the family profile.
How to Change the Primary Contact
Open the Family Profile in PetPocketbook.
Locate the secondary contact you would like to make the primary contact and tap "edit".
To promote the secondary contact to primary, tap "make primary"
Save the change.
Once the secondary contact has been promoted, they will become the new primary contact for the family profile.
đĄ Good to Know: If you need to remove the original primary contact, you must first promote another contact to primary. Once the change is complete, you can remove the previous primary contact from the family profile.
