Unfortunately, only one staff member can be added to an appointment at a time.
However, there might be scenarios where you might need multiple staff members scheduled for the same service at the same time - such as training or onboarding new team members.
We recommend creating a new service called "Staff Training Visit", or "New Staff Meet & Greet", and setting the price to be $0.
Once the service is set up, you can create an appointment for family (they will not be charged for this, but it will show up on their invoice as a line item!) for the Staff Training Visit service and assign your new staff member as the assigned staff.
This way, your new staff member knows where to go to meet your client as the appointment will be on their schedule!
