How do I check and/or change the access level given to a staff member?
To check what access level a staff member is set to in PetPocketbook, head to your Staff tab. Then select the staff member you wanted to double-check, and you'll see their current permission level right underneath their name. When we set up your account prior to your onboarding, we typically set each of your team at the basic "Staff" level with the least permissions, unless otherwise discussed.
To change a staff member's access level, simply tap the "edit" button. On the edit page, you'll see "Access level" at the top and can choose the level you want to assign from the dropdown menu. Just remember to save!
⚠️ Keep in mind that only Owner level users have the ability to make changes to staff settings!
