How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, just use the following steps:

1. Go to the login page on PetPocketbook.com
2. Follow the "Help! I forgot my password" link (below the "Sign in" button)
3. Input the email address associated with your PetPocketbook account and hit "Reset me!"
4. Check the email address associated with your PetPocketbook account for an email from us that'll include an activation link to set a new password and access your account 🙃

My activation link expired. Help!

For security purposes, your activation link expires within 24 hours of receiving the reset password email that contains the link. If you find that your activation link has expired, you'll be prompted to enter your email address for a new activation link to be sent to you. Just make sure to use the email address associated with your PetPocketbook account!
