How do I change the email that my bills are being sent to?

You can change the email address that your bills are sent to by going to the "Billing Settings" tab in your Pet Parent Portal.

  • On desktop, you'll find this in the blue navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
  • On mobile, you'll find this tab option by following the burger menu (three stacked horizontal lines) at the top left corner of your screen 

You can remove a current bill recipient by tapping on the "X" corresponding to the email shown on this Billing Settings page. 

To add another email, tap on "add another bill recipient." This will open a new window that allows you to choose another email to add as a bill recipient. 

⚠️You can only choose from email addresses that already exist in your Family Profile. If the email that you'd like your bills be sent to cannot be found on this list, you'll need to go to your Family Profile tab, tap to edit your Family Profile, and add your email to one of the humans in the family.
