How do I view and sign documents through PetPocketbook?

When your pet care provider sends you documents through PetPocketbook, we’ll send an email and alert you in your pet parent portal to let you know!

Signing documents

Once a document has been sent to you through PetPocketbook, you’ll see the pop-up below the next time you login! You can choose to review the document right away, or take a look at it later.

After reviewing the document, you can electronically sign any agreements right from your portal by typing your name.

For some vet releases, you may be asked whether you’d like to set a maximum spend limit per pet in case of medical emergencies. If so, you’ll be able to toggle that on and set a dollar amount accordingly.

Can I decline to sign these forms?

You’ll see an option to decline if your pet care provider intended to give you that choice (for things like photo releases, etc). Otherwise, you’ll need to sign agreements shared with you via PetPocketbook before requesting services with the provider.
