Do you offer 24/7 support?

The answer is we do our best! We strive to respond within an hour or two during our regular support hours, which are Monday through Friday between 10am and 6pm. During off-hours, please give us a little more time to get back to you – like you, our team appreciates the time off to hang with our pets too 😛– but we still aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. 


How do I reach support?

We make support available directly in our product so that it's easy to reach us whenever you need help! 🤓

On desktop, just tap on the "get help" button at the bottom of the blue menu bar when you're logged in PetPocketbook. 

On mobile, just tap your burger menu at the top left corner of our app to open your blue navigation bar. Then tap "support."

Once you've opened our support widget, you'll be able to check out some frequently asked questions for the page that you are on. You can also type in your question to search our larger database of available help articles. Alternatively, you can also tap "Ask" at the top of the widget to send us a message or chat with us live if we're available online
